Design a 12 week strength and training programme

12 exercise programs
Paper instructions:
Requirements for the Written Report:
Students completing PHED 1111 (Physical Education 1) are being asked to design a 12 week strength and training programme that they would use themselves for the Major Assignment. As students in PHED 1112 (Physical Education 2) have more experience in physical education, you are being asked to create a 12 week strength and training programme for a hypothetic person. The person you have to create the programme for is your “hypothetical” 20-year old sister. She has been training cardiovascularly for her sport since she turned 16, but she has done no strength training or flexibility training. She has just been selected for her state/province and has aspirations of making it to the national team. She has no medical issues, uses no medications, has an appropriate body composition (not too fat or too under fat), and has sufficient motivation to add a sensibly constructed strength and training programme to her cardiovascular training programme. You can choose what sport she participates in.
A sport has to be chosen and the exercises tailored for that sport.
For example: swimming >>focus on shoulders .
cycling >>focus on quadriceps

Are science and religion in conflict?

In this part of the paper, the thesis is to be
stated clearly and specifically. It should appear no later than the
end of the introduction paragraph. Part Two – Argument This part of
the paper will present the argument for the thesis. The focus should
be on identifying the strongest support for the thesis. Then, present
that support by constructing an argument. This argument, or set of
arguments, will probably employ both deductive and inductive
reasoning. Part Three – Counter-thesis and counter-argument In this
part of the paper, the strongest objection to the thesis is presented
along with an argument (probably briefer than the argument in Part
Two) for that thesis. Part Four – Response to counter-thesis In this
part of the paper, you respond to and refute the counter-argument
based on evidence discussed in Part Three. This response will draw on
the earlier argument in Part Two to show that the original thesis can
be defended against this objection. The clearer your presentation of
the debate and the more specific you can be in that presentation, the
stronger the paper will be. The Final Paper must be six to eight pages
in length. You must use at least four resources, at least one of which
must provide support for your thesis and at least one of which must
provide support for your counter-thesis. The Final Paper must be
formatted according to APA (6th edition) style, and all resources must
be properly cited in text as well as on the reference page. Writing
the Final Paper The Final Paper: Must be 6 to 8 double-spaced pages in
length, and formatted according to APA style. Must begin with an
introductory paragraph that has a succinct thesis statement. Must
address the topic of the paper with critical thought. Must end with a
conclusion that reaffirms your thesis

Graduate Thesis

A thesis is a paper that is elaborately done. Many of these papers will require that you dedicate much more time to it than you have ever done to any other paper before. This means that time is of the essence when you are thinking about writing a graduate thesis. The procedures for writing many types of theses may be standard but comparatively, a graduate thesis is likely to be much more involving.

Graduate Thesis Topics

Graduate thesis topics that you can use will vary depending on the course that you have enrolled for. Students taking courses that are scientific in nature will mostly be required to pick on the topics that are either technical in nature or require a lot of research. On the other hand, students in the humanities departments are likely to concentrate on graduate thesis topics that are less technical even though they are likely to be equally involving.
