with the new (2) variables which are:
1. JOB SATISFACTION 2. COMMITMENT

the third variable which is Organizational loyalty will remain same.

So the purpose of my paper is to investigate the relationship between employee job satisfaction, commitment and loyalty with the turnover intention.
