Doing Business in China

Students are required to prepare an individual assignment based on their observations of one of the
companies they visit during the workshop. The analysis should be focused on one or two of the following
areas:
– analysis of the industry in which the company is located, an analysis on relevant investment
environment, company competition strategies, marketing and sales strategies, operational analysis, HR
practices, etc.
Analytical tools like Five Forces Model, Value Chain Analysis, SWOT can be used in your analysis.
Please avoid writing every aspect of the company in a descriptive way.
